With experience in body building, olympic lifts, strength training, weight loss, conditioning and boxing, Sam is able to tailor a training experience just for you! 

Nutritional Guidance

The greatest battles in the war that is fitness are fought in the kitchen. Diet is where most people suffer their defeats and have the hardest time breaking bad habits. With so much contradicting information on the web and word of mouth at gyms, it's difficult for you to know what's fact and what's fiction. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Nutrition, Sam is able to help guide you and answer questions about just that.

About Me

MY NAME IS sam

I have always been an athlete. I started boxing and playing soccer at the age of 4. Although I stayed active throughout my life, I did not begin my training career until my early 20s. 

I began helping friends and family members. All the while, I was studying, learning and maturing in as a trainer. After a short while, I had gained clients and realized that training/helping others was my passion. So, I left my secure position with a great company and decided to dedicate myself to fitness. 

This is not a job to me, it is my life.
